Reservation Rules & Policy
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Check in time 14.00 hrs. Check out time 12.00 hrs. Early check in and late Check out subject to room availability.
• All room rates are in Thai Baht per room per night and are inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% government VAT.
• The above rates are subject to room availability and may change from one day to another while the reservation is not confirmed.
• All reservations must be guaranteed by verifying Credit Card for one night to be confirmed.
• Guests who have used their own credit card for purchase of the accommodation must also present their payment card together with their personal identification (ID card or passport) during check-in.
Cancellation Rules & Policy
• Cancellation must be made within 48 hours prior to expect arrival date and time to avoid penalty charge of one night’s rate, except during high and peak seasons, cancellation must be made 7 days in advance.
• No show charge of 100% room rate will be levied on the credit card.
• The Reservation made under condition of prepaid is non-refundable.
Child Policy
• Kids under 12 years old stay for free when sharing existing beds
• Complimentary breakfast for child from 0–8 years old. Age 9-11 years old will be charge THB 175 net.
